My husband and I went to Lowe's today to find some light fixtures on the way back from buying them we stopped at On the border. On the border Is a great restaurant my husband had a Shaker which is a Margarita shaked up. Not my kind of drink really I don't drink often. On second thought I had a Coke. A taco Salad and it was alright for 10 bucks I just think the lettuce is big but there was plenty of lettuce, red cabbage there and a lot of the other things likeblack beans, crunchy colored chips, cheese, corn, onions and tomatoes with added guacamole and sour cream good portion of taco meat.
My husband had 5 tacos which were really big with Cheese, lettuce, tomato, taco meat on a crispy fried shell all pictures included above. Complimentary chips which were fine and big. The salsa was just right and sweet. I'm partial to some restaurants not to say I don't enjoy a little change but for a chain of restaurant On the Border has to be a little better than most. For desert the Border Brownie Sundae with Ice cream on top which I also have a picture of. We also set outside underneath the umbrellas to eat our food out on a patio. Two beverages 5 tacos with a plate of beans and rice,a taco salad, a desert all for 43 bucks including a good tip to the nice courteous waiter which he was real good on top of our demands. Food was warm and no problems.
If you have a restaurant you would like me to review Id be more than welcome to come providing a few complimentary items and in a good location contact by email on the top right side.
