I've been trying to keep up with my whole weight thing. I hit a big wammo yesterday and had Pizza went over the Calories. 1 slice of pizza is about 300 to 400 Calories who would of known. I hope to be waking up with Java This morning.

It shows me how much I have to work off and allows me to input my foods,portions and such. A place also to put my new weight. It's gonna be great for health.
